Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish positive and trusting therapeutic relationships with clients, creating a safe space for them to express their concerns and challenges.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders in accordance with the DSM-5, ensuring accurate treatment plans tailored to each client's situation.

• Create individualized treatment plans that reflect the diverse cultural, socioeconomic, and personal circumstances of clients.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies and therapeutic techniques to reduce symptoms and improve overall mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Colorado is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
