Pastry Sous Chef — Banquets & Wedding Cakes Lead

Salamander Hotels & Resorts in Charleston, SC is seeking a Pastry Sous Chef to lead the pastry shop in the absence of the Pastry Chef, crafting cakes, pastries, ice creams and garnishes for the restaurant, King’s Club, La Pâtisserie, afternoon tea, banquets and offsite events. You will train staff, ensure SOP compliance, manage prep lists, and uphold quality and presentation while controlling food and labor costs.
