This position is primarily remote, utilizing telehealth technologies to connect with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a consistent caseload of clients, fostering rapport and maintaining professional boundaries through regular communication and support.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and subsequently develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet client needs.

• Hold weekly individual therapy sessions to review client progress, stability, and determine readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, ensuring accurate progress notes are maintained to support clinical reviews and patient outcomes.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions for professional development and to enhance therapeutic skills.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, contributing insights and strategies that enhance client care and outcomes.

You will serve a diverse clientele, including adults and children experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting providing direct psychotherapy services.

• Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, and electronic health record software like Pimsy.

• Adept in conducting intake assessments and generating treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in telehealth settings is highly desirable, as well as a proven track record of therapeutic interventions with diverse populations.

• Competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
