Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify mental health needs, concerns, and treatment goals for clients and their families.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, regularly reviewing and adjusting them as necessary to ensure optimal progress.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques and tools to address a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, trauma, and family dynamics.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to foster professional development and improve therapy outcomes.

• Educate clients on coping strategies, interpersonal skills, and resources available to support their mental wellness.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely within the EHR.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. As an LMFT, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients experiencing a multitude of mental health issues, including but not limited to relationship challenges, anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid LMFT license in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, with a strong focus on family therapy.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree in marriage and family therapy or a related discipline is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients and maintain therapeutic relationships.
