Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide a variety of therapeutic services, conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions remotely.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive psychological assessments and client needs, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation, including therapy session notes, treatment progress, and client outcomes, in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care doctors to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Participate in continuous professional development to stay abreast of the latest trends and research in mental health treatment.

• Foster a safe therapeutic environment where clients feel respected and heard, prioritizing their confidentiality and emotional well-being.

• Adopt a flexible approach to scheduling, conducting both in-person and remote therapy sessions as needed to meet client demands.

Qualifications\n
