Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to determine the mental health needs and conditions of clients.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to individual client needs.

• Provide a blend of in-person therapy sessions and virtual counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Maintain thorough and accurate client records, documenting therapy sessions, treatment progress, and evolving treatment plans.

• Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships while ensuring client confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines.

• Stay current with the latest research in mental health treatment to integrate effective practices into your methodology.

• Participate in interdisciplinary teamwork by collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care tailored to the needs of clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year for this full-time role.
