What You’ll Be Doing

As a Server at Cafe Negril, you’ll play a vital role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

Delivering exceptional service : Ensure every guest feels like a VIP, whether they’re enjoying live music or celebrating a special occasion.
Showcasing your sales skills : Recommend menu items and upsell experiences to enhance guest satisfaction.
Managing the flow : Collaborate with the hostess team to maintain smooth seating arrangements and a welcoming atmosphere.
Supporting sustainability : Help us champion our eco-friendly initiatives, like our reusable “Mood Cups” and in-house recycling program.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and brings a passion for hospitality. Here’s what makes a great fit for this role:

Experience : At least 1 year of serving and hostessing experience.
Communication skills : You know how to connect with guests and team members effortlessly.
Sales-savvy : You have a knack for upselling and creating memorable guest experiences.
