Executive Chef 2

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Executive Chef 2 to lead culinary operations for our food team at HMH Raritan Bay Medical Center, a 347-bed acute care hospital located in Perth Amboy, New Jersey

The Executive Chef 2 will provide leadership and supervision for the on-site food service staff. This position will lead a team of frontline associates to ensure the delivery of our contractual agreement with the client. - Associates Degree Preferred

Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $77605 per year - $100430 per year

• ServSafe certification and solid working knowledge of HACCP principles to ensure food safety and compliance.

Requirements

• Education Requirement: Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Management Experience: 1-3 years
• Related Experience: 1-3 years
