Role Description The Accounts Payable Specialist is a full-time role based in Woods Cross, UT. This position is responsible for processing vendor invoices, verifying approvals, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. Day-to-day tasks include reconciling accounts payable records, coding expenses to the appropriate general ledger accounts, and preparing journal entries related to payables. The specialist will review and process employee expense reports, respond to vendor and internal inquiries, and support month-end close activities. The role also involves maintaining organized documentation, assisting with audits, and collaborating with finance and accounting team members to improve processes and controls. Qualifications Basic accounting skills, including practical experience with Accounts Payable, general ledger coding, and Journal Entries (Accounting). Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel) and familiarity with ERP or financial systems. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment. Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; experience in manufacturing is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
