Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children featuring delays or disabilities to develop tailored intervention plans.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that families are active participants in the process.

• Monitor child outcomes as part of a multidisciplinary team, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform service delivery.

• Foster supportive relationships with families, providing them with valuable resources and strategies that promote their child's development.

• Utilize a coaching model and teach in natural environments to enhance learning and developmental progress.

• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding early intervention services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities.
