Ops Consumer Supports Analyst - 67980021

This Other Personal Services (OPS) position provides administrative and programmatic support to facilitate the operations related to client services. The work you will do includes preparing, mailing, and tracking notices to and from clients related to programs and services, entering and maintaining data in agency business systems, providing technical assistance to region staff and consumers, performing quality assurance checks on program enrollment requests and other program data, and performing administrative and clerical duties related to programs and services for agency clients.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or its equivalent, and at least two years of professional and verifiable experience with administrative tasks or providing support in an office environment, or a college degree can substitute for required years of experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and ability to use APD business systems to carry out job duties are also required.
