What You'll Do:

Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care in a busy ER environment
Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate interventions
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Utilize the nursing process to plan, evaluate, and document care
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Manage resources and prioritize patient care activities
Adhere to all safety, compliance, and regulatory standards

What You Need:

Current Louisiana RN license
BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
2+ years of acute or emergency nursing experience
Strong communication, organizational, and judgment skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
