Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay Rate: $54.31

What You'll Do

Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process in the ER setting.
Assess patient needs, develop and implement appropriate care plans.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Delegate tasks and coordinate resources to ensure high-quality care.
Document patient care accurately in electronic health records.
Promote patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Adhere to all federal, state, and facility regulations and standards.

What You Need

Required:

Valid RN license in Louisiana
Current BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS certifications
Minimum of 2 years ER or acute care nursing experience
Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher
Certifications in clinical specialty areas
