What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care efficiently
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Utilize emergency protocols and procedures accurately
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and procedures
- Document patient information accurately and timely
- Observe strict adherence to safety, infection control, and compliance standards
What You Need
- Valid Louisiana RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of ER or acute care nursing experience
- Current BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong clinical judgement and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-pressure situations
