Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health evaluations and create comprehensive documentation from initial consultation through treatment completion.

• Evaluate and assess clients' mental, emotional, and behavioral health to identify specific needs and develop personalized intervention plans.

• Facilitate individualized and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to encourage participation and progression.

• Monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to devise effective intervention strategies.

• Provide effective follow-up support and coordination for clients who may experience hospitalization, ensuring continuity of care.

• Engage with families and primary caregivers, offering guidance on managing behavioral health challenges and empowering them to support their loved ones.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW is essential for this position.

• Successful completion of the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Adeptness with electronic health record (EHR) systems, particularly with platforms such as AVATAR, is necessary for efficient documentation and client management.

• Demonstrated previous experience as a mental health counselor in a clinical or telehealth setting.

• An understanding of various mental health conditions, including substance use disorders and their interplay with mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position is competitive, with an annual salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
