Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group therapy sessions where clients can share their experiences and support one another in a safe and structured environment.

• Individual Counseling: Provide one-on-one counseling sessions, facilitating discussions that help clients explore their thoughts and emotions, develop coping strategies, and establish actionable plans for their mental health journey.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design personalized treatment plans that address their specific goals, preferences, and challenges.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize assessment tools and client feedback to monitor progress, ensuring treatments remain effective and adapting as necessary.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other team members to coordinate care, share insights, and tackle complex client cases with a holistic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults, particularly those navigating the transition to adulthood and facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. You will engage with clients in the age range of 18 to 30 years old, providing a supportive and understanding environment that fosters healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
