Your role will be conducted in a fully remote environment, allowing for flexibility and personal management of your schedule. Our organization operates Monday through Saturday, providing desired accessibility to both clients and staff. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, ensuring tailored therapeutic interventions that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Perform initial comprehensive psychosocial evaluations for patients and their families, effectively triaging care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals for optimal treatment pathways.

• Document all assessments, treatment interventions, and discussions regarding patient care accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with departmental guidelines.

• Provide case management for assigned clients, coordinating with hospital and community resources to develop comprehensive care plans that address physical, mental, and emotional health.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to support patients in achieving their individualized service goals.

• Participate in team meetings and patient rounds to discuss assessment findings, treatment plans, and modifications to ensure a collaborative approach to client care.

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients seeking therapeutic support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Candidates must possess an active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Texas.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant mental health setting is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is necessary for this role.

• An openness to flexible scheduling, with the ability to commit to 10 to 40 hours of client sessions per week.
