Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Pathway, your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead interactive and supportive group sessions that foster connections among clients, allowing them to share experiences and collectively learn from one another.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Offer personalized therapy, helping clients explore and address their thoughts, behaviors, and emotions while developing effective coping strategies tailored to their unique needs.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to develop individualized, goal-focused treatment plans, ensuring alignment with their preferences and mental health objectives.

• Monitoring Progress: Use various assessment tools to evaluate client progress and treatment outcomes, adjusting plans as necessary to optimize their recovery journey.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow mental health professionals, maintaining regular communication to ensure coordinated care, sharing insights on complex cases, and deriving holistic solutions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will specifically focus on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are seeking help for mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. Qualifications\n
