Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Pathway, your responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Leading group therapy sessions that encourage young adults to share their experiences and support one another in a safe environment. You will create engaging activities that promote interaction and community building.

• Individual Counseling: Providing one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to address the individual psychological needs of each client. You will help clients navigate their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing effective coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaboratively creating customized, goal-oriented treatment plans with clients that reflect their personal journeys and aspirations. You will ensure these plans are dynamic and responsive to ongoing assessments.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilizing various assessment tools to track client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary. You will gather feedback through assessments and client interactions to measure outcomes effectively.

• Team Collaboration: Actively working with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, using a team-centered approach for optimal client care. You will contribute to case discussions, provide insights, and consult on complex cases.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
