Work Environment\n

This position operates in a remote setting, allowing you the flexibility to connect with clients from the comfort of your home or preferred workspace. You will engage with a diverse patient population, typically through telehealth platforms, ensuring effective communication and support. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility needed to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to ascertain clients' needs, strengths, and treatment goals, creating individualized care plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other approaches relevant to their circumstances.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at addressing common mental health concerns, promoting community engagement and support.
\n
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services when needed, utilizing effective methods to support clients during acute psychological distress.
\n
• Educate clients on mental health conditions, effective treatment strategies, and available community resources, fostering greater awareness and self-efficacy.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional ethical standards.

• Actively participate in regular case consultations and team meetings, contributing to a culture of learning and improvement.

• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in mental health therapy, integrating new knowledge into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We cater primarily to adults and adolescents needing individual and group therapy. Our clients may be dealing with situational crises or chronic mental health issues, and your role will involve providing compassionate support tailored to each individual’s circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• Comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Demonstrable skill in conducting thorough mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Prior experience providing individual therapy and leading group therapy sessions for diverse populations.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills coupled with a strong ethical framework and sound judgment.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technology to ensure efficient management of clinical documentation and patient interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in mental health settings.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote therapy delivery preferred.

• Familiarity with community outreach and support networks within Arlington, Texas, is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
