Estamos buscando Tecnico de Calibración  para trabajar con uno de nuestros principales clientes de la industria de manufactura en  Santa Isabel, PR. 
Inspecciona una variedad de unidades electrónicas, mecánicas y/o electromecánicas utilizando instrumentos de medición y/o inspección (por ejemplo; micrómetros, gauges and calipers) con técnicas de inspección adecuadas.
· Audita los manuales de instrucciones, procedimientos, requerimientos a operadores certificados y monitorea los parámetros ambientales dependiendo del área asignada.
· Deberá documentar defectos que se encuentren en el producto y en los procesos de manufactura.
· Lee e interpreta dibujos, diagramas esquemáticos, hojas de instrucciones de trabajo y estándares.
· Se requiere experiencia en el uso de dispositivos de medición de herramientas de inspección (micrómetros, medidores, basculas, calibradores, etc.) para verificar las especificaciones.
· Se le pedirá que realice auditorias aleatorias de todos los procesos, procedimientos y productos de ensamble.
· Trabaja de cerca con Supervisores y/o Ingeniería para mejorar procesos o referir problemas de inspección mayores o críticos.
· Examinara materiales y sub-ensamblajes diariamente y rechazara el producto usando los procedimientos, especificaciones y dibujos del producto.
· Debe reconocer e identifica discrepancias entre las hojas de instrucciones de trabajo y los planos.
· Puede tomar decisiones basándose en criterios y/o estándares establecidos.
Debe haber trabajado en el área de inspección final o realizar funciones.
·· Capacidad para leer e interpretar datos técnicos y procedimientos de calidad.

Requisitos
Technical Degree in Calibration, Metrology,
1-3 yers of experience
