Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to establish a clear understanding of each client's needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating their cultural backgrounds and personal aspirations into the plan.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief treatment (SFBT), in individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention services, responding to acute mental health needs with timely support and partner with other team members for a cohesive treatment approach.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, to adhere to clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions and strategies for coping and management, promoting empowerment and effective self-care practices.

• Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure holistic client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
