We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to join our healthcare team in Phoenix, Arizona . This position offers flexible scheduling with both day and night shifts available , working three 12.5-hour shifts per week . We are looking for professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and are available to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care while following established nursing standards and protocols.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and emergencies.
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and treatment options.
• Maintain compliance with all facility, state, and federal healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

Required:

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Current First Aid Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross
• Current N-95 Fit Test
• Current TB Test/Screening
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Reliable, professional, and punctual

Preferred Skills

• Experience in acute care, long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing settings
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and patient advocacy skills
