Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients, utilizing recognized tools and assessments according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to ensure an accurate diagnosis and effective treatment strategy.

  Create and implement personalized care plans that reflect the cultural diversity and unique needs of the patient population, and regularly monitor their progress to adjust therapeutic interventions accordingly.

  Document treatment plans and patient progress with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all records are maintained in compliance with all regulatory and internal guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

  A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

  Current and valid LCSW licensure in California is required.
