Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW with LifeStance, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities aimed at delivering effective psychotherapy services:

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailoring your approach to meet the unique preferences and requirements of each client.

• Document all clinical interactions and maintain detailed, compliant records that adhere to HIPAA regulations and industry standards.

• Work in close collaboration with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nursing staff, to coordinate care and optimize patient treatment outcomes.

• Engage in regular case consultations, where you will provide and receive feedback to continuously enhance clinical practices and service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
