Data Center Recruiter

Position Overview Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Data Center Recruiter. Position type: Full Time - Contract role Duration: 6 Months Location: Plano, TX 75093 Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for a high volume of roles across multiple locations. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment efforts to meet aggressive staffing goals. Develop and execute high-impact sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, community outreach, and recruitment campaigns. Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates quickly to support business needs. Provide data-driven insights and reporting on hiring metrics, funnel progress, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire. Coordinate and participate in high-volume hiring events, open houses, and job fairs as needed. Champion a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process. Requirements Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in full-cycle data center recruiting, with at least 2 years in high-volume (30-60 hires per month) recruitment. Proven track record of filling large volumes of roles under tight timelines. Expertise in sourcing strategies, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment marketing. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Recruiting for Data Center Cabling/network construction. Knowledge of terminology such as Division 27, ITC, ISP/OSP, fiber, structured cabling, data center mission critical environments.
