You'll partner directly with engineering and product leaders to understand business needs, develop recruiting strategies, and build high-performing teams capable of solving some of the most complex challenges in infrastructure, distributed systems, AI, and blockchain technology.This is a highly strategic and visible role with significant impact on Alchemy's future.
