We hire people who are exceptional at their craft, believe hard things are worth doing, and execute relentlessly — people who expect the highest levels of both rigor and integrity from each other.As a technical recruiter at Nudge, you will:Run full-cycle recruiting for all roles across multiple disciplines (engineering, G&A, operations, and research)Source exceptional talent through direct outreach, technical communities, academic networks, and creative strategiesPartner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define requirements, interview processes, and evaluation criteriaScreen candidates for technical fit, culture, and mission alignmentManage the entire candidate experience from initial outreach through offer negotiation, ensuring every candidate has a positive experienceBuild talent pipelines and maintain relationships with passive candidatesEstablish best practices and help define Nudge's recruiting strategy as we growWe are looking for recruiters with at least 5 years of experience. Regardless of career level, you should have:Technical recruiting experience, preferably at startups or high-growth companies hiring software engineers, researchers, or hardware engineersA proven track record of sourcing and closing exceptional technical talent in competitive marketsStrong technical acumen - ability to understand and discuss complex technical concepts with candidatesExcellent communication skills with ability to sell both technical challenges and company missionA self-starter attitude with the skills to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsHigh integrity and strong professional judgement
