Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to determine individual needs.
• Designing and implementing customized treatment plans that address specific orthopedic issues, ensuring alignment with patient goals and progress.
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress in accordance with clinical outcomes, utilizing electronic health record systems to track improvements and adjust treatment approaches as necessary.
• Educating patients and their families about health conditions, recovery processes, and preventive care strategies to promote long-term wellness.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within the clinic for integrated care, ensuring a seamless experience for patients accessing multiple services.

Compensation and Benefits
