We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is passionate about providing high-quality mental health and emotional support to our clients. This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance. The typical workweek consists of 40 hours, with schedule options available for 4x10 or 5x8 shifts within the hours of 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy or counseling tailored to the needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Conduct thorough interviews with clients to gather essential information concerning their social, personal, environmental, and health backgrounds.

• Evaluate the scope of mental health problems and implement treatment plans within your professional realm.
\n
• Design and coordinate programs and activities aimed specifically at meeting clients' emotional and social care requirements.
\n
• Facilitate cognitive, affective, and behavioral assessments, resolving short-term crises, and offering referrals to community resources when necessary.

• Establish and foster a therapeutic alliance characterized by trust, respect, and empathy with clients and their families.
\n
• Continuously assess the effectiveness of treatment services and amend plans as needed to enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in adherence to established protocols, reflecting ongoing caseload management.

• Engage in continuous learning and development by attending training sessions and professional workshops to enhance therapeutic skills and methodologies.

• Undertake additional duties as required by the organization to support the overall mission.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our innovative organization offers a highly competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
