Role Overview

Apply advanced physics knowledge to help improve large language models through rigorous problem design, evaluation, and clear technical reasoning. Key Responsibilities

• Design and solve challenging physics problems that test the limits of large language models.
• Produce accurate, high-quality step-by-step solutions with clearly explained reasoning.
• Work with language-model researchers to align problem sets with evaluation goals, including abstraction, multi-step reasoning, and symbolic manipulation.
• Help develop physics evaluation benchmarks across undergraduate through PhD-level curricula.
• Use strong analytical ability and English comprehension to support model fine-tuning projects.
• Translate complex physics concepts into simple, clear explanations, using visuals and physics-based reasoning where appropriate.
• Provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.

Eligibility
