Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to support clients in addressing their mental health challenges.

• Provide individual, group, family, and couples therapy sessions, adapting strategies based on the specific dynamics and needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation that comply with ethical and legal standards while contributing to overall client care coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Connecticut.
