Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, designing individualized therapeutic strategies to foster healing and growth.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy tailored to diverse client needs, including one-on-one and group settings.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to create an integrated care approach for each client.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems efficiently to document treatment plans and progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Uplift Hub, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with depression, anxiety disorders, trauma recovery, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Uplift Hub offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. We also provide administrative assistance for billing and documentation to allow you to focus primarily on client care.
