Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients, formulating personalized therapy strategies based on individual needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to a diverse client base, employing various methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Connecticut.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, determined by experience and client caseload.
