Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments during initial client intake sessions to evaluate psychological well-being and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide ongoing individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and culturally responsive methodologies to meet each client's unique needs.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress in electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring the availability of accurate information to inform treatment adjustments.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, employing de-escalation techniques and solid judgment to support clients in acute distress.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate holistic care and ensure a comprehensive support network for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including those facing mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, eating disorders, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
