Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients to evaluate their mental health and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Deliver various forms of therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy, using evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and therapeutic outcomes through our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, share treatment strategies, and collaborate on care plans that enhance client outcomes.

• Stay updated on the latest research and methodologies in mental health counseling to continuously refine therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide counseling services to a diverse clientele, including individuals facing issues such as substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of New Jersey.
