Senior Sales Engineer, Enterprise

In this role, you will serve as a strategic technical leader, bridging complex enterprise customer needs with innovative solutions that drive safety, operational efficiency, and measurable business outcomes. You will partner closely with executive and technical stakeholders to design, architect, and deliver tailored solutions across cloud, SaaS, and emerging technologies, including AI integration. This position offers a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment where autonomy, creativity, and cross‑functional collaboration are valued. You will influence product development through direct customer insights, develop new use cases, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey. With a balance of technical mastery and strategic vision, this role empowers you to shape enterprise outcomes while advancing your own professional growth. Travel and remote work flexibility allow you to engage with customers and internal teams nationwide while maintaining a dynamic work‑life balance. Accountabilities Lead technical solution design and architecture for complex enterprise opportunities, securing technical wins and influencing purchasing decisions Build trusted relationships with executive and technical stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle, from discovery to deal closure Identify emerging operational needs and architect innovative, high‑value solutions for enterprise clients Provide actionable, data‑driven customer insights to influence product roadmap and feature prioritization Collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams to optimize processes and accelerate outcomes Document and share best practices, contributing to team knowledge and technical excellence Maintain deep technical expertise across cloud platforms, SaaS solutions, networking fundamentals, and AI‑enabled tools Requirements 8+ years of experience in technical sales or enterprise solutions engineering, excelling in complex enterprise environments Proven ability to translate customer challenges into scalable, outcome‑driven solutions Strong communication skills with executive presence and the ability to articulate compelling value propositions Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), SaaS solutions, and AI integrations Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs) Experience with CCTV, video management, or access control systems is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience Demonstrated ability to influence strategically, operate autonomously, and build productive cross‑functional partnerships Resilient, ethical, and accountable professional, capable of navigating ambiguity with collaboration and composure Benefits Competitive base salary range of $132,000 - $211,200 USD, plus performance‑based incentives and stock awards 401(k) plan with employer match Paid parental leave and discretionary time off Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Wellness programs, including fitness and mental health support Professional development, learning opportunities, and career growth Flexible work arrangements, including remote work and travel opportunities Inclusive, collaborative culture focused on impact and innovation #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobgether
