Job Summary We are seeking an energetic Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement activities, and brand representation initiatives. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and gaining hands‑on experience in events, promotions, customer engagement, and sales support. Responsibilities Assist with planning and preparing for promotional events and community activities. Help organize event materials, displays, supplies, and promotional resources. Assist with event setup and breakdown. Engage with customers and event attendees throughout promotional activities. Identify customer needs and direct questions to the appropriate team member. Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities during events. Help maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming event environment. Assist team members with daily event-related tasks and priorities. Follow up with customers and prospects when requested. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable interacting with customers and event attendees. Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented. Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-person environment.
