Voda Cleaning & Restoration is one of the fastest-growing restoration franchises in the country and we're just getting started. We're looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven Business Development Representative who embodies our core values:

If you thrive on building trust, opening doors, and creating long-term partnerships, this role is for you. What You'll Do

• Build and grow strategic referral partnerships (property managers, insurance agents, commercial facilities, contractors, etc.)
• Develop and execute a territory business development plan
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations
• Stay consistently engaged with referral sources through calls, visits, and networking events
• Track activity and performance through CRM and weekly reporting
• Partner closely with Operations to ensure exceptional customer experience

This is a full-time, salaried position with travel within the local service area. If you want to help build something meaningful inside a rapidly expanding national brand, we'd love to meet you. Compensation: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
