Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of a full-time remote work setting, allowing you to connect with clients through a secure telehealth platform. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, providing a structured schedule while ensuring work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop strong therapeutic alliances with patients to foster trust and encourage open dialogue.

• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders using current and effective modalities.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's specific needs and circumstances.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions with individuals and couples, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions aimed at addressing shared issues among patients, enhancing the support network available to them.

• Evaluate patient progress through ongoing assessments, ensuring consistent alignment with treatment goals.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when referrals are necessary, ensuring comprehensive care for each patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position involves working with a diverse array of clients, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and addiction-related challenges. Our approach is holistic, nurturing the mental, emotional, and social aspects of our patients' lives to promote lasting recovery and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license to practice in California.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective therapy and teamwork.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of direct experience in clinical settings, engaging with diverse patient populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
