Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing secure telehealth platforms to facilitate communication and therapeutic engagement.

• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals in our group practice to ensure holistic care that addresses both mental health and substance use challenges.

• Provide timely virtual support to families undergoing acute crises, applying de-escalation techniques and offering constructive guidance to stabilize situations.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans informed by comprehensive virtual assessments, regularly updating these plans based on client progress and feedback.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, and Psychotherapy, adapting approaches as needed to meet individual client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of individuals and families facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and substance use disorders. Our telehealth services ensure that clients from various backgrounds, including those in underserved communities, receive timely and tailored support in an accessible manner.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience in counseling or therapy settings.

• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive assessments and developing treatment plans based on client needs.

• Strong understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosing methodologies and interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary, ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
