Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health status through video consultations.
\n
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and evidence-based practices.
\n
• Engage clients in regular telehealth sessions, providing ongoing support and therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and motivational interviewing.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure holistic care and appropriate referrals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Stay up-to-date with current mental health research and integrate findings into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, spanning various ages, backgrounds, and mental health challenges. Our clients commonly seek help for issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Your ability to build rapport with clients from different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds is essential. You will employ culturally responsive approaches to provide effective care and establish a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.
\n
• A minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in a clinical mental health setting.

• Comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Prior experience in telehealth service delivery is highly preferred.
\n
• Strong crisis intervention skills and a calm demeanor in challenging situations are essential.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to relate to clients with empathy and respect.

• Proficient in using EHR systems and basic computer applications.
\n
• Commitment to maintaining professional ethical standards and client confidentiality.

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
