Account Executive, e-Discovery and Legal Services

Overview Prior relevant experience in lead generation and cold calling is highly preferred. Responsibilities Develop new business and expand existing business by establishing and maintaining contacts, including cold calling and prospecting. Client relationship management; issue SOWs and close deals. Work in tandem with MVP to maintain a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities and achieve activity goals on a monthly and yearly basis. Make compelling presentations to decision makers, internally and externally. Participate in networking events to expand business relationships. Continue learning—stay aware of the latest trends in legal technology. Compensation and Schedule The salary range for this position is $84,000-$84,000. Commission ranges up to 16% and is completely uncapped. Benefits include seven paid holidays and 23 days of PTO per year accrual. The position starts with a paid 4‑week sales training program. This is a remote and schedule‑autonomous role with occasional travel. KPIs and Career Path Success within the first 12 months will be based on meeting and exceeding activity goals. Eligibility for base salary increase and promotion is based on average monthly sales revenue, with second‑year targets of a minimum $20,000 average revenue per month. Qualifications Legal US authorization to work for any employer in the US. High school diploma or GED; degree is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal skills.
