Solutions Engineer, Enterprise

ServiceTitan’s Sales team relies on a skilled Solutions Engineer to help acquire new customers by blending sales expertise, technical knowledge, and a deep understanding of customer workflows. This role is a key part of the Solutions Engineering team and works closely with Sales, R&D, and Onboarding to ensure the best solutions for our customers. What you’ll do Partner with the Sales team to lead custom product demonstrations based upon business process and workflow of existing customers Support Special Projects for the Enterprise Sales Team as the lead technical sales representative Collaborate with stakeholders in R&D, Sales, and Onboarding on product roadmap strategy to scale customer acquisition and revenue activation for industries tied to sales projects Enable new hires and internal teammates on the most up-to-date product functionality, industry insights, and talk‑track best practices Analyze and provide objective feedback for Account Executives if customers are compatible with the recommended product and/or features Reposition customer objections by providing creative workflow solutions based upon deep knowledge of ServiceTitan’s software and the advantages of our product versus the competition Create clear documentation and approach for delivery to the implementation team Maintain and update industry‑specific scripts for the internal team to use during demos Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs Be the subject‑matter expert on any product updates and/or releases to address any potential implications for business owners What you’ll bring 4 years of experience in sales engineering and/or relevant experience in Sales, Product, or Engineering Associate degree required Proven track record of success within or assisting the Sales organization at a previous company Natural ability to think and act proactively to address roadblocks and issues Benefits Flexible time off with ample learning and development opportunities Recognition and awards through Bonusly and peer‑nominated programs Comprehensive health and wellness benefits: company‑paid medical, dental, vision (100% employer‑paid options), FSA, HSA, 401(k) match, telehealth, and memberships to One Medical Family and life support: parental leave, up to $20k in fertility services, surrogacy and adoption reimbursement, maternity support through Maven Maternity, free breastmilk shipping through Maven Milk, pet insurance, legal advisory services, financial planning tools Leadership training, leadership development, and a variety of internal programs and events to support career growth EEO Statement We strongly encourage people from underrepresented groups to apply.
