Marketing Assistant

This position supports the marketing and sales teams through data management and analysis, report preparation, food show coordination, and communication with customers and vendors. Manage and customize internal and external data Track sales progress and prepare reports for team meetings Maintain the product image database Provide syndicated data support and analysis using Circana Work with the Marketing Manager to coordinate logistics and execution for industry food shows Assist Account Managers with communication among customers, vendors, and branch sales teams Support grocery space planning and product placement Manage and follow up with smaller accounts Perform other related duties as assigned Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English Previous office experience required Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Access Proficient typing and 10-key skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational and time-management skills Dependable and responsible work ethic Ability to maintain accuracy and organization under tight deadlines Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Employment Type: Full-time Position: Marketing Assistant Language: Japanese and English Compensation: $22.00–$26.00 per hour Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k); life insurance; AD&D insurance; Employee Assistance Program (EAP); paid vacation; and paid sick leave #J-18808-Ljbffr
