Responsibilities:
- Collect and review employee records
- Verify information for accuracy
- Follow up on missing information and approvals
- Assist with employee questions and requests
- Maintain employee documentation
- Support onboarding and administrative processes
- Complete data entry and filing
- Provide general support to the team
Qualifications:
- 23 years of office experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professionalism and dependability
- Staffing, construction, or timecard experience a plus
This is in office, Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
