Responsibilities A Chef de Cuisine will be a positive, professional, and creative leader with natural leadership skills. The Chef de Cuisine will develop dishes for seasonal menu changes, inspire and mentor the kitchen team, maintain organization, professionalism, and detail oriented execution, and lead the kitchen in creating a Family Meal that is nutritious and imaginative.
