Fully Remote Call Center Customer Service Agent

Join a high-energy, dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional support from the comfort of your home office. As a Remote Customer Care Specialist for Whirlpool Consumer Services, you will serve as the primary point of contact for consumers, trade partners, and internal departments. Working fully remotely, you will manage incoming calls, live chats, and emails to resolve product inquiries, coordinate service appointments, and deliver an outstanding customer experience every time.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations

• Full-Time Schedule: Perform a standard 40-hour work week with operational availability Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM EST.

• Virtual Support: Deliver expert remote assistance across multiple communication channels (phone, chat, email) to quickly diagnose issues and provide solutions.

• Systems Navigation: Work efficiently within digital platforms and remote collaboration environments to maintain seamless workflow and accurate customer records.

Qualifications & Ideal Background

• Background in remote call center operations or relevant face-to-face customer service roles.

• Written and oral communication skills.

• Proficient with digital tools and cloud-based applications (specifically Google Workspace tools like Gmail, Sheets, and Chat).

• Analytical thinking to troubleshoot product or service issues effectively on the spot.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• 1 to 2 years of customer service experience (Entry Level).

• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.

• A dedicated, professional home workspace with reliable internet access.
