Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions through secure video conferencing or phone calls, utilizing telehealth software designed for optimal client engagement.
• Assess clients' mental health needs by conducting thorough evaluations, leading to accurate diagnoses and the formulation of personalized treatment plans that promote healing and recovery.
• Guide clients in enhancing their coping mechanisms and resilience while navigating life changes, such as grief, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.
• Maintain precise clinical documentation in our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards and providing a clear pathway for treatment continuity.
• Uphold and reinforce confidentiality standards as outlined by HIPAA, continually engaging in training and professional development on ethical practices in telehealth.
• Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for patients needing multi-faceted support.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges between USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus a sign-on bonus.
