Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to clearly determine your clients' mental health status and specific needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client goals, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual therapy to adult clients using primarily solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral approaches.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to deliver virtual sessions, helping clients navigate through their mental health challenges.
• Respond efficiently to crisis situations by offering timely intervention when needed, ensuring client safety and well-being.
• Engage in continuous professional development to remain aware of the latest mental health best practices and industry standards.

Qualifications
